We can't thank Sharnelle and her daughter, Kylie, enough for their help with the sale of our property. They both offered invaluable advice on what pre-sale renovations were required to get the best sale price and even looked over quotes for us. They demonstrated a very strong knowledge of the market and provided sound recommendations. Communication was excellent and they were patient with us as first-time sellers, allowing us to hold out for the buyer and price that we wanted without any pressure. Selling during COVID restrictions was challenging but Sharnelle and Kylie produced an excellent video of the property, which certainly helped, as did good photography.
