Luke encountered us after we had problems with another agent. He helped us resolve that problem and we enlisted his help to sell our house, which was not an easy sell! He persevered and to our surprise sold the house within a couple of weeks and within the price range we wanted! We could not be happier. He was friendly and kept us up to date, and even helped with the pictures. The house pictures were fantastic on the internet. He took our calls and answered our emails, even on a Sunday. Thank you very much for your help. We are so pleased.

There are few decisions more important than who you will entrust to sell your home. When we selected Team Strudwick we knew we were choosing the best Agents, what we didn’t know is that we were also choosing the best people. Luke demonstrated thorough knowledge of our local market, phenomenal negotiation skills, and a beautiful enthusiasm for real estate. He knew when to hold our hands, when to be tough with us, and when to give us space to make decisions. Luke carried himself with grace and professionalism, and we couldn’t have been more proud to have him represent us as sellers. No thank you will ever be enough to express our gratitude to Luke for guiding us through this process and for showing us unconditional kindness. Luke is at the very top of his game, and we know you won’t regret choosing him as your Agent.

In our dealings with Sharnelle, we found her to be an absolute professional at what she does. Sharnelle's knowledge of the area that we were looking at buying in was exceptional. She was very approachable, even after hours, replied to emails and text messages promptly and kept us updated throughout the whole process until the deal was settled. Sharnelle negotiated hard on our behalf and got us a decent deal. We would recommend Sharnelle to any prospective buyer/investor.

It was a blessing working with Sharnelle, as she not only answered our questions but helped us in finding other professionals who could work with us in regards to building & pest inspections, and conveyancing. She was a great mediator between ourselves and the seller, and all walked away grateful.

Sharnelle gave great advice leading up to marketing, and her long term experience in the area was definitely an advantage. Once listed we had huge market exposure and effort from Sharnelle resulting in multiple good offers within 7 days.

We interacted with a lot of agents during our property search, and we can honestly say, Luke is wise beyond his years and was a pleasure to deal with. As buyers, John has been fantastic to deal with. From the open home to unconditional its been super simple to get in contact with John or someone from his team. Even visiting the property between unconditional and settlement to help us out with getting utilities sorted!
