Initially John put us at ease with his personality and professionalism. He did not ramble on about his previous sales as we have experienced with other agents. He talked about what he had put in place through various advertising forums and what he thought would be the best way to get the best price that we could. His knowledge of real estate is exceptional and his professional approach and personable mannerisms allowed for a very relaxed experienced for both us as the sellers, but I also believe for the buyers. At no point did he put pressure on us to go a certain way with advertising, but did provide valid arguments for going in a certain direction. We always felt very comfortable after listening to John in doing what we did to sell the property. This was borne out by the fact that we had a contract on the first day the property went on the market and a backup contract two days later. We would have no hesitation in recommending John as an agent for the sale of any property.
