getting the job done
i have bought a few properties through John over the years so when the time came to sell, naturally, we listed with him. this particular property was a difficult one in a tough market but john persisted with it, week after week and got the result. i would definitely recommend John and his team to anyone thinking of selling and i will be using their services again.

Excellent communication!
John was warm and welcoming since we stepped through the door and inspected what is now our beautiful, brand new home. John was an excellent communicator throughout the whole process and would always get back to us promptly! Buying your first home is always scary as you don’t know what to expect and John guided us through this process completely. Thanks John and the team at Elders! We love our new home!

Great work from Sharnelle
Great Work from Elders Real Estate and their agent Sharnelle . I was very impressed with how they work well with my offer and the Seller in obtaining me the purchase price and granting me 2 extensions because of miscommunication. He came through!
Simply asked John if he could keep his eyes open for a property similar to one that had recently gone under contract in the area and "Bingo" he found one! We ,(...with a lot of guidance from John...),had a contract signed in under 2 weeks and haven't looked back!. Experience does count. Thank you John you made it easy.
