Professional, Knowledgeable, Personable
Initially John put us at ease with his personality and professionalism. He did not ramble on about his previous sales as we have experienced with other agents. He talked about what he had put in place through various advertising forums and what he thought would be the best way to get the best price that we could. His knowledge of real estate is exceptional and his professional approach and personable mannerisms allowed for a very relaxed experienced for both us as the sellers, but I also believe for the buyers. At no point did he put pressure on us to go a certain way with advertising, but did provide valid arguments for going in a certain direction. We always felt very comfortable after listening to John in doing what we did to sell the property. This was borne out by the fact that we had a contract on the first day the property went on the market and a backup contract two days later. We would have no hesitation in recommending John as an agent for the sale of any property.

Hard working, relatable and communicative
We found Luke to be an enthusiastic and prompt real estate agent who was eager to be of assistance wherever possible. Purchasing a property can be a stressful experience so dealing with an agent who understands your situation and seeks to run a smooth sale makes an enormous difference. We found that in Luke.

Luke has been extremely professional, reliable and supportive with selling this property for us.

Knowledgeable, friendly and most importantly genuine
Luke made us feel very comfortable with his market knowledge, his friendly and honest nature and most importantly he is just a really genuine person. He touched base regularly to keep us updated on progression of our purchase and contacting to ask Luke questions was never an issue, he was always more than willing to answer any questions we had.

One of the best agents, who go out of their way to help.
Sharnelle and Kylie are truly one of the best, and we can say that because we saw so many houses and met so many agents. It was a pleasure meeting them. They were always ready to help, with a smile, even after office hours and on holidays. We would definitely rate them a 10+.

Easy going and works hard for you.

Fantastic. Followed Up and Followed Through. SOLD!
Luke encountered us after we had problems with another agent. He helped us resolve that problem and we enlisted his help to sell our house, which was not an easy sell! He persevered and to our surprise sold the house within a couple of weeks and within the price range we wanted! We could not be happier. He was friendly and kept us up to date, and even helped with the pictures. The house pictures were fantastic on the internet. He took our calls and answered our emails, even on a Sunday.
