John is impressive during our cooperation with him. He is good at marketing, and efficiently pushed the transaction forward. He is professional and really helped a lot with our concerns about the property. It's never difficult to communicate with him as he is pretty easy-going all along. We hope cooperating with him again in the future and would be really happy to recommend him to others.

We would like to thank Nathan Strudwick and his team for their professionalism and the way they explained every part of the process. Nathan was positive, approachable and always provided regular updates. With his motivation, he was able to secure a contract just 3 weeks after listing for sale. We had it listed for over 5 months through another agent with no success. His approach and knowledge of the area is unsurpassed and anyone considering selling in the area should consider Nathan 1st!!

I highly recommend John & Ben from Elders. Recently sold our property via John, he was always quick to respond after open homes & gave informative feedback. Down to earth & straight forward which I appreciated. We sold the home in a timely manner for the price we wanted. Adam & Marisha Lane

Thank you to Nathan and his entire team for getting this sale over the line. It wasn't easy with us being inter-state but it gave you guys plenty of opportunities to go above and beyond and you excelled on all accounts. Despite all the curve balls you did it. Thank you.

Nathan is the most trusted and professional Agent in this area, and I know many of them, as I am an Agent myself! I choose Nathan because of his experience in getting deals together swiftly and, as expected, there were multiple offers and the property sold quickly for the price wanted. Nathan also assisted me in making an informed decision when choosing the best offer, I listened to Nathan because I trusted him. To this end, I am very happy with Team Nathan's services.

We listed our block with John upon recommendation. Although our property was on the market for a long time, John kept us updated the whole time and eventually the right buyer came along! The sale process was hassle free and we would recommend John to others wanting a great agent.

From the first contact by mobile, Nathan showed his enthusiasm and professionalism. He hit the ground running with visiting our house & discussing the price we wanted and how we could plan for its sale. His righthander Donna arranged the styling of the house and with the quick organisation of the photos - we were for sale! Nathan or Donna kept us in the loop with each house inspection and took in whatever ideas we had to help the sale. The house sold within a quick timeframe thanks to Nathan's experience and the handover went seamlessly. Great team effort all round!!
