We actually stumbled across Ben at an open house in Mt Cotton when we spontaneously decided to sell our house that week and wanted to look what was available in the market. Ben was very approachable and easy to chat to. We weren't interested in the house we were viewing but Ben managed to convience us to a chat at home regarding the sale of our house. At this stage we already had 3 agents lined up for the same chat because we really had no clue on selling our first family home. Ben was the last agent to see but we loved his marketing strategy for our house and it stood out from the rest. The price we achieved from our sale still blows my mind and is definitely a result of how Ben structured the plan to sell our home. I am positive if we had gone with one of the other agents we would have struggled to achieve beyond $400k considering the market low.
