John was very professional in every aspect of our purchase process. There were a few challenges along the way and we found John to be very helpful in managing the sellers expectations and communicating the issues we were contending with in arranging an easement for our development intentions prior to finalising the due diligence period. We found John to be easy to deal with and he was very understanding of the challenges we were experiencing. In the end it all worked out well for both the seller and ourselves in finalising the sale.
