We dealt with Ben Ive (John's colleague) when buying our investment property. Ben was a great bloke, professional and always available when we needed to get in contact. He also passed on some of his trusted contacts which are proving invaluable in the building works on this project. We hope to deal with Ben again in the future.

Although John was acting for his seller he was very professional and timely in all of his communication. It is apparent that he has a wealth of local knowledge and is certainly prepared to go the extra mile with all that he does.

We were looking to sell our home and were referred to Ben from a friend. We couldn't be happier. We found the whole process was handled professionally and we didn't have to stress about any part of it. We were happy with the price he got by making the buyers compete for our home. We would definitely recommend Ben and John to anyone looking for a great price and stress free sale.

I would like to thank John and his team for helping us with the sale of our house. We have dealt with many real estate agents over the years and if they had all been like John our lives would have been much simpler. There were ongoing communications at all stages of the sale which continued even after a contract had been signed. He gave us a realistic estimation of the property and while the decisions were left to us which direction we wished to take, he clearly laid out the available options. Even during a difficult stage of the negotiations he maintained a calm demeanour and helped both sides come to a win/win situation. I have no hesitation in recommending John and his team.

Dealing with John was easy. As a buyer there was no pressure and once we decided to make an offer the process was all pretty painless. This has been a well loved home for the sellers and we wish them well in their next adventure interstate.
