Joel Ruge was amazing in the process and John was helpful. The communication leading up to settlement could have been better in regards to the previous owner as it was quite frustrating having the owner occupy the home still after the settlement. This is more on the owner himself being unorganised and never allowing us to do a full pre settlement inspection. Still we find things in the home we have to get rid of ourselves. John tried to make it smoother but I feel that more pressure should have been put on the owner.
