Nathan Strudwick and his amazing team I highly recommend! Their team is very organised, they have endless connections and are well known in the Logan district. I have been in the buying and selling market for years now and have gone with Nathan every time. If you want a quick sale at the asking price, he is your guy. 3 days and we had a contract!

Elders were chosen due to their research on options for sale of our property. We were happy with overall result.

Due to reorganising of my investments I put 3 properties on the market (2 in QLD) within the space of a month, so I've had a unique opportunity to see exactly the difference between what a good agent and an average agent can do. John was by far the best of the 3 I used, his communication is outstanding, his market knowledge exceptional, work ethic extraordinary, and he sold my property within about 10 days. I couldn't recommend him highly enough, an easy choice if you're looking to engage an agent.

We did take a long time to sell our property, this was mainly due to 2 contracts not completing. We took a short break then started marketing again with a fast and satisfying result. Nathan and his teams communication throughout the whole process was excellent. I would definitely recommend Nathan to friends.
