Working with Nathan, Donna and the team on the sale of our home was such a blessing. At a very busy time in my world they were able to lift the pressure, present the home in such a beautiful way that had it sold at the first open home - a brilliant outcome.

Sharnelle and the elders team are a first choice for selling or buying as I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with them on both sides. Sharnelle goes that extra mile and nothing is ever a problem for her. Her market knowledge and personable approach makes the process very relaxing and effortless.

Nathan & his team were great to deal with & had plenty of communication. Well informed about the pricing strategy & market at the time of sale which resulted with an offer after the first open home & sale in the following days.

Sharnelle was the second agent to list my property, the first was asked to “ don’t come Monday “ after a lengthy amount of time and only one ( crazy ) offer by someone wishing to take an advantage of a seller. Sharnelle from Elders Shailer Park was recommended to me by a satisfied client of the agency and Sharnelle. Sharnelle meet me on the property gave me what her action plan would be ( verbally and on paper ) then continued on relentlessly, giving updates and her experienced advise through out the process. Mine was not an easy property to sell being a large vacant block with a limited client pool, but she never put it in the too hard basket coming up with new ideas and marketing plans ( some at her cost ) She gave me expert experienced advise ( contrary to my own thoughts ) explaining the reasons why and her advise payed of. I was very pleased with the final settlement and the new owners got a deal they were happy with. I would recommend Sharnelle , she is professional in every respect and has the skills to do the very best for any client, buying or selling , she is of good nature and offers her skills in a pleasant manner to all.

Nathan and his team were great to work with. Our home sold at the first open home and for a price that exceeded our expectations! We trusted his advice and we were very happy with the result. From the moment I arrived to view the property, John greeted me with a very warm welcome and ensured I had a brochure to help me view the property. John was happy to answer any questions I had at the time. John then arranged for me to take my wife to view the property later on that same day, allowing us more time to thoroughly inspect the property. Nothing was too much trouble from John and his team in the entire process of the purchase of our new home. We were kept up to date on every part of the purchase, which ensured everything went smoothly with no stress. John’s professional, honest and friendly approach has made buying our home a pleasure.
