Sharnelle was the second agent to list my property, the first was asked to “ don’t come Monday “ after a lengthy amount of time and only one ( crazy ) offer by someone wishing to take an advantage of a seller. Sharnelle from Elders Shailer Park was recommended to me by a satisfied client of the agency and Sharnelle. Sharnelle meet me on the property gave me what her action plan would be ( verbally and on paper ) then continued on relentlessly, giving updates and her experienced advise through out the process. Mine was not an easy property to sell being a large vacant block with a limited client pool, but she never put it in the too hard basket coming up with new ideas and marketing plans ( some at her cost ) She gave me expert experienced advise ( contrary to my own thoughts ) explaining the reasons why and her advise payed of. I was very pleased with the final settlement and the new owners got a deal they were happy with. Joel Ruge was amazing in the process and John was helpful. The communication leading up to settlement could have been better in regards to the previous owner as it was quite frustrating having the owner occupy the home still after the settlement. This is more on the owner himself being unorganised and never allowing us to do a full pre settlement inspection. Still we find things in the home we have to get rid of ourselves. John tried to make it smoother but I feel that more pressure should have been put on the owner.
