Sharnelle has the ability to surprise you, her service is incredible and despite this, she betters herself with every meeting, call, text and email. We bought our house at auction and had no prior experience. Sharnelle must have sensed our nerves and took the time to explain the process, she remained with us throughout the auction. We won the auction and we believe it was Sharnelle's experience and knowledge that bought us a home. Since our purchase, leading up to settlement date she has provided us access to our property to get quotes and to show family and friends. This has been the best after sale assistance we've ever received, she responds to texts almost immediately and will do her best to suit our times/days. It's a common occurrence that once the sale is made the service disappears and you're left with a number of concerns. Finding Sharnelle by chance was the best luck we have had in a while. She was professional, confident and very knowledgeable, not to mention friendly and helpful. From the get go, we felt we were in good hands and that proved to be true throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, experience and knowledge meant we had a contract on our house within days that we were extremely pleased with. She understood our needs and worked in our best interests.
