My experience with Sharnelle was stress free. We have purchased 2 homes from Sharnelle in the past 10 years. We found Sharnelle to be very professional and friendly. Sharnelle communicated well with us during the whole process. We highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

I would like to sincerely thank John Jessop from Elders for the incredible result he achieved in selling my investment property at Graceville. He managed to facilitate a purchase with record expectations - all within 30 days. John yielded a cash contract, with no building and pest, no cooling off period or finance. Brilliant! In economic times such as now, the above circumstances are virtually unheard of. Coupled with tenants who made the process even more confronting due to their inability to cooperate with open houses etc. Furthermore, John was given a non-existent marketing budget, so he was battling from the start. But with his tenacity he relished even more with the challenge. John proved to have the eight elements of being a top real estate agent. Communication, proactive, listens, adaptive, client motivated, he knew my timeframe, was highly motivated and was willing to offer many past testimonials - all which made my business relationship with him very pleasurable. From the onset I had confidence that I was in the right hands and would have no hesitation in recommending John to others who value professionalism, honesty, passion, challenges and integrity. Thank you!

Sharnelle is a professional, she's helpful and really goes that extra mile when you need it. Sharnelle has the ability to surprise you, her service is incredible and despite this, she betters herself with every meeting, call, text and email. We bought our house at auction and had no prior experience. Sharnelle must have sensed our nerves and took the time to explain the process, she remained with us throughout the auction. We won the auction and we believe it was Sharnelle's experience and knowledge that bought us a home. Since our purchase, leading up to settlement date she has provided us access to our property to get quotes and to show family and friends. This has been the best after sale assistance we've ever received, she responds to texts almost immediately and will do her best to suit our times/days. It's a common occurrence that once the sale is made the service disappears and you're left with a number of concerns. Sharnelle is the full package, a genuine agent that provides impeccable service from start to absolute finish. Thank you Sharnelle Ben and Sarah

Finding Sharnelle by chance was the best luck we have had in a while. She was professional, confident and very knowledgeable, not to mention friendly and helpful. From the get go, we felt we were in good hands and that proved to be true throughout the entire process. Her professionalism, experience and knowledge meant we had a contract on our house within days that we were extremely pleased with. She understood our needs and worked in our best interests. We are not only thankful for her experience throughout all the usual dramas with banks and lawyers, but her continuous advice regarding the buy/sell process - she was the glue that kept everything together and us (as buyers and sellers) sane. Despite being extremely busy, she always made herself available to assist wherever she could. We have not met a genuine, harder working agent and never will, as we plan on only dealing directly with Sharnelle in any future purchases or sales.
