Wasn't the smoothest of campaigns, changes in the lending interest rate buffer and a sudden increase in available properties nearby meant the auction didn't go to plan. But Credit to Troy and his team they stuck at it and the hard work paid off, we sold for a price we are very happy with. Troy is by far the best real estate agent that you will find in the shire. He has managed my property with a standard that far out ways any other agency that’s managed my property previously within the shire. He is super professional, goes above and beyond his charter to ensure his customers are satisfied. Terry has been in the property marketing business for many years with lots of knowledge and experience. I went to Terry because of his trust and honesty in the business. When I put my property on the market there were another two properties on the same block going for sale at the same time as mine. I thought my sale was going to compete with the other two sales, but in the end I got a record breaking price that I was happy with had it not been for Terry selling my property. He also kept me up to date in anything I needed to know in regards to the sale. Terry treats his sales customers more like a friend than a pushy sales agent.
