Over the past year, our family were looking to upsize. We had contacted multiple agents and had several agents visit our townhouse to help us along the journey. From when we first met Michelle at an open house in August 2020, we knew that Michelle was a in a league of her own above other agents, as she actually tried to sell us the house rather than the more common experience we were used to where an agent, who had little to no knowledge about the property they were selling, would just hand us an information sheet and promptly ignore us as we weren’t considered “serious buyers”.
