Wasn't the smoothest of campaigns, changes in the lending interest rate buffer and a sudden increase in available properties nearby meant the auction didn't go to plan. But Credit to Troy and his team they stuck at it and the hard work paid off, we sold for a price we are very happy with. Troy is by far the best real estate agent that you will find in the shire. He has managed my property with a standard that far out ways any other agency that’s managed my property previously within the shire. He is super professional, goes above and beyond his charter to ensure his customers are satisfied. I don’t recommend many companies on social media but i highly recommended his firm to manage or sell your property. You won’t be disappointed!!!
