Selling our family acreage home of 30+ years was a huge undertaking for us, and even more challenging was that we were no longer living in the area. Michelle kept in touch with us every step of the way - regular phone calls, texts and emails to keep us apprised of developments. She was honest and realistic about pricing, and we set our asking price at the high end of her recommendation. Less than a month later, we sold for what we had asked. We are sure that we would not have gotten what we wanted if Michelle hadn’t worked so hard. We thoroughly recommend Michelle and Elders Malanda. Thank you all.

Michelle was absolutely wonderful from the first phone call. She didn't just assume anything from old internet based records like the "other" realestate did. Michelle actually went around to our property and had a look, then did some research about current sale prices in the area. When Michelle called with her opinions, asked us what we wanted and then offered us advice and guidance on a sellers price. She and the Elders team, were all were very helpful with a lovely demeanour, for both the buyer and ourselves. Excellent, professional service, we are so grateful we went with Elders, thank you Michelle.

This isn’t the first time I’ve let Michelle guide me through the real estate world, and as always she went above and beyond to make sure it went as smoothly as possible for both parties.

Michelle maintained good contact with us from the start, and when the first contract failed to complete, she immediately rang us to arrange an open house, on very short notice, for the coming weekend. Our home sold from that open house. Michelle maintained contact with us, and our Lawyer until completion. Thank you Michelle.

Michelle accepted my challenge to sell my property without using Realestate.com.au. She used the Elders network to attract a new buyer and soon had 3 strongly interested parties. Two fell by the wayside but the third person is now the new owner. The Contract was completed and signed efficiently and settlement was processed fairly quickly thereafter. All communication was clear and professionally handled.

Michelle recently assisted with the sale of our investment property. She has excellent knowledge of the current market and we were very happy with the result. Michelle communicates well and was always available to answer questions and help with any issues that arose during the sale process. Whether you're buying or selling, I highly recommend Michelle Raso, for an honest, reliable and professional service.
