Can't recommend Michelle enough for the sale of our property!, she went above and beyond !. I was extremely impressed by Michelle's communication and extra efforts she went to, she had a number of buyers in mind for the property from day one !, and was prompt in showing them the property early. She was confident, friendly and knowledgeable about the current markets and comparable properties in the area. She achieved a price I didn't think was possible!, and was always available whenever I had a concerns or worries. If you want a trustworthy agent look no further!. Thanks again Michelle for selling our property! We couldn't be happier :).

Michelle is a rare gem in this world. If Michelle says she is coming for photos etc, Michelle turns up on time, everytime. Her communication is outstanding, if she can't talk when you ring, she messages, then returns your call promptly. What more can you ask. When we set a price, it was realistic, and accurate as we had a contract in Lee's than a week, in a depressed marketplace. Her advise was accurate and well received. Thank you Michelle, my sale was seamless in a very turbulent year for me.
