Within two hours of Michelle’s first appraisal, her prospectus and sale price had been emailed. The next morning the For Sale sign was up, and a cute little 4 seater side by side 4x4 buggy was parked in my shed. This was a fantastic way to show prospective buyers over the property. All the advertising was very professional. She personally did the superb drone, still and 3D photography – highlighting the beauty of a home built in 1882, but not trying to deceive. Likewise the video. In this part of regional Queensland there’s only one paper, and the full page coloured ad was excellent attracting many for the open house. As requested, she supplied the recorded hits, saves and shares from the internet advertising. She’s up early and emails and text messages were answered almost immediately. Elders Real Estate data base is obviously well populated, for she brought multiple clients in the first week. Inspection requests were communicated in a timely fashion, and the property was left locked (or not) as requested. The property was under contract within three weeks. Which was fabulous because there’s LOTS of house and yard work keeping it tip-top for inspection. Electronic document signing was safe and very convenient. Michelle also brokered the purchase of my new place, and it was a surreal experience to end up doing a property exchange with my buyers. Something you only read about. Michelle worked hard for both seller and buyer. She is punctual, professional and a genuinely honest and warm person. Did I know her before? No. Would I recommend her? Absolutely.
