We Purchased our new home in early June just before the housing market crashed thanks to the new government changes. We initially engaged a different agent which proved to be a huge mistake for us. We basically lost 3 vital months with them before terminating their contract and handing over our property to Elders. Elders offered a fresh look of our house and had a far more superior marketing campaign. In the 4 weeks from engagement to sale, our weekly inspections were solid, averaging 10-12 inspections per week Elders were able to generate a lot of interest in our home and a lot of contracts and building reports were issued. We sold at auction in a very difficult market. Sebastian was our auctioneer on the day and did an excellent job. We were really impressed with Frank and he knew how to sell homes in difficult times. He knows the market. He kept us fully informed along the way and updated us after each open house viewing. We were fully informed with what was happening out there and we felt comfortable working with him. With all his experience, he got the job done and our biggest regret was that we did not go to Elders from the start. We cannot commend Frank enough and really appreciate everything he did for us.
