Rachel is a nice person and a brilliant Agent, please engage her to sell your property, you will not regret it. The thing that Vendors/Sellers miss, is that they have a duty to have a Form 2 available at the time of listing, so the Agent can legally prepare a Contract of Sale for signature when the right buyer comes along, without a Form 2 the Agent is powerless to proceed legally to Contract Stage. It is time the importance of this document was highlighted.

Thanks heaps Nick for listening to me and selling my property when 3 other well known local RE agencies totally showed no interest in looking at my unlisted property. You were the only agent who showed up and immediately came with a buyer who immediately purchased it for the 7 figure amount that I was chasing and maybe a record price for a Killarney property that is within walking distance of the town. The property settled 02 Feb and having sold 2 other homes in Killarney, this was by far the most straightforward sale I have ever had.
