Core values surrounding hard work, honesty, and integrity are what Ben brings in his friendly and professional approach. Ben is the Principal/Lead Sales Agent at Elevate Property Partners. Ben was raised on the South Coast of New South Wales on a beef cattle farm. From an early age the importance of care, helping others and good old hard work was always displayed by his parents. Ben negotiated his first property deal with his father at the age of 18 for his university accommodation which he later purchased after completing his Honours degree in Environmental Science. Ben’s passion and appetite for property grew alongside his education and career. Ben completed a postgraduate degree in Safety Science and had a very successful career in Oil and Gas around the world for 20 years. During this time, his flexible working rosters allowed Ben to build a solid property portfolio consisting of both residential and commercial properties. Ben quickly identified the importance of material change of use (MCU) in property investments and has undertaken several property developments. In 2007 Ben began investing in the Townsville property market and was a regular visitor in the subsequent years to come. Ben and his family moved to Townsville in 2014 and have not looked back. More recently Ben has successfully executed a rural residential acreage development just South of Townsville. Ben and his family love living on acreage here in Townsville! Ben has found his passion in doing things the right way, his persistence and hard work ethic have always placed him in a good position to take advantage of opportunities when they present themselves. Ben loves to share his experience to help others achieve their goals and best execute their plans when transacting property.
