Im a first home buyer and was very satisfied. Leanne was very nice and accommodating throughout the whole process. Thanks again

We can not thank Leanne enough on the outstanding work she did to sell our property. Her knowledge of the local market and clear strategy had us at ease. She kept us informed throught the entire selling process and provided open and honest feedback. She was definitely a breath of fresh air! If you want a dedicated professional, Leanne is the agent for you.

Had our backs and was on our side right till the end! Cheers Shal!

I appreciate Shal's confident and down-to-earth approach to Sales. He genuinely cares about his clients and made sure we were well informed every step of the way. Shal was able to negotiate the exact terms we were after and took great care of our tenants. You can trust that he will listen to your concerns and follow through.

Kimberly is amazing with her communication. Kept me abreast of all developments and if not immediately available, would respond quickly. She works hard to get a result for the vendor. Very genuine person. A pleasure to work with.

Sean and Cat made the entire process so easy and took all the stress out of selling our home. Their service and communication were excellent from start to finish. As first-home buyers and sellers, we really appreciated how they took the time to explain the process clearly and make sure we understood every step along the way. We felt supported, informed and in great hands throughout the whole experience. We couldn’t recommend Sean and Cat highly enough!

Sean was able to advise me on the status of our area housing market. He was also helped us with some difficulties during the sales that took him above and beyond his role.

David went above & beyond to help me sell my home & purchase another home simultaneously. He was always there to answer my calls & answer all my queries. Davis is a pleasure to deal with & I cannot thank him enough.

I formed a very good working relationship with David. He sold three properties for me already. There’s no if or buts he straight to the point. he’ll give you an honest opinion of your property not some inflated price to make you think you’re going to make a killing he give you the real facts on where what and why the last property I sold I was a little bit disappointed in the price, but when I looked at the fact and the location. It all made sense within a week of listing the house with David. He had a buyer we worked through it. The house was sold look I can only say good things about David and Move realestate and would recommend him to anybody. He’s a genuine guy and tells it like it is I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell a property thanks again, David

Donna went above and beyond guiding us on our journey to buying our family home. As first time buyers, we truly appreciated Donna's efforts & time, with answering any questions we had about the house & the process to providing us with multiple recommendations when requested. Donna has a wealth of knowledge and the perfect blend of professionalism and personal touch that makes you feel like you are being looked after by a personal friend.

Helen Munro property, in my opinion (being an old ex Real Estate agent myself), would have to be the Tops Real Estate Agency in Townsville if not in all of North Queensland. ‘Clients Come First’ is certainly what the whole team professionally practice and it certainly shone through with Donna’s personalised, honest and caring approach towards me as a seller and also, from how I observed, towards the buyers as well. Donna proved, also with the help of their wonderful personalised media team, that their Website and their Facebook page advertising greatly complemented the advertisement on Realestate.com to sell my home in such a short time frame. Thank you Donna, Tracy and all the Team at Helen Munro Property- job well done!

Affable and practical,Warren lives on the island and has a realistic view of property value

Dan Ryder was a true and honest gentleman. He was completely upfront and transparent in his approach to all aspects of the selling process and made a possible stressful situation quite comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting an easy transition into the market.

Was very helpfull through the whole process.

My second time of using Doreen Charity as my agent and once again so happy with the service I received. Highly recommend Doreen for selling your home. Not only is Doreen extremely knowledgeable in all areas of buying & selling houses in Townsville. Her professionalism, enthusiasm & attention to detail approach makes her the only agent I would trust .

The Agent Sean we had was always pleasant and on top of everything we asked about and communication was always left open.

Sean was professional from start of campaign to sale of house going unconditional. Kept great communication throughout.
