Friendly and Professional
I have always found the Elevate Management Team to be friendly and very professional in my dealings with them. Abbey, Paige and Chris have always responded in a timely manner to any questions or information I have requested from them. They give me a great peace of mind that my properties are being well managed and that they are fair in their dealings with both the tenants and the property owners providing a mutually beneficial agreement for all parties involved.

Great communication and excellent knowledge of the property market
We have such confidence in the Elevate team that is why we have come back a second time with our second property. From our first contact with Paige and the team nothing has been too hard and their guidance on many issues shows their knowledge and professionalism.

Elevate is very good. Paige and the team is great
I have had a rental property for more than ten years at East Brisbane and have used few agents before I found Paige and the Elevate team. From day one they have been so good. They give the confidence that they are there to help you. For a residential property manager that are so unique. They return your calls straight away and they are so proactive (not reactive like the others I have had experienced before). Paige and the team are so good. They make you feel as you are their only customer.

Responsive and proactive team
Elevate was recommended by a friend to us, and I have not been disappointed since we decided to make the switch to them. Paige and her team have been proactive and very responsive throughout the process, and they have managed to secure a great tenancy for us. I would recommend Elevate to anyone for property management.

Professional and supportive
From our first meeting with Paige, through our campaign for a tenant with Paige and Rochelle and to our ongoing property management with Faith, the team at Elevate have been professional, supportive and knowledgeable. They were prompt in responding to any questions we had, providing a detailed property valuation and working with us to ensure everything was ready for our tenants in a timely fashion.
