I wasn’t quite sure if I wanted to sell earlier in the year but decided to in the end. I had a young chap come around asking if I was looking at selling. I said I was so they did an appraisal. I sat on it for a while. In the mean time other agents came around and also gave appraisals. In the end I rang this young chap up and said I was ready to sell. ( his name is Toby) He came around with Gavin and explained how things worked. I found both of them polite & honest. They knew the area very well. I have never been so stressed but Gavin talked me through things to put my mind at ease I would highly recommend Elite Agency to anyone wanting to sell there was no pushing or harassment They always kept me updated with what was going on with the sale
