Becoming a customer of the Empire Estate has been a exhilarating experience. I frankly like to share three crucial but essential points on how to maintain and sustain a positive relationship between tenants and landlords. First, 'Good Customer Care'. In times such as now people (tenants) are apparently struggling in their desperateness for a place to call home. Realestate Agents too often take advantage of this 'desperateness' to abuse and cheat tenants, even their property owners. A fundamental key that all Real-Estate must always remember is without customers (tenants) there is surely no need of a Real-Estate, and utterly no jobs nor earnings for their staffs. Secondly, 'Good Communication' is a key element for point one. Good communication is motivated and inspired by 'selfless-love' and 'compassion' toward others. Thirdly, commitment to keeping one's side of the signed tenancy agreement is imperative. I have been a tenant for many years but a tenant that no Real-Estate would like to let go, because I always keep my side of the agreement. Most of all, I do look after every property I leased as my own. And often the property looks much better when I left than when I moved in. However, I only have been with Empire Estate for four months now. My Property Manager, from since I met him, truly comprises all the given three key points. He is a "Good Customer Care" person who cares for his tenants (me and my family). In his "Good Customer Care" he "Communicates" well and tremendously does his best to do what his side of the signed agreement says. For instances, spa-pool fixed and serviced; aircon replaced with new aircon; new back-fence after been blown down by strong wind on our very first night in the property. And though there are minor things to be done still, all the demanding concerns had been done and my family and I truly appreciate his caring heart. Hence I have no hesitation in recommending Empire Estate's, and my property manager's, good service.
