We have a really good experience with Empire and the agents. Very professional and fast efficient actions. We had some maintaince requested which were taken care on the same day with the agents trying to do as much possible to solve the issues ASAP. Even our property manager came to our property to help us which is very rare for property agents to come to a property to help. He was very helpful and friendly, my only issue was paying rent via Bpay as I need to process it 4days before rent is due which is a nuisance.
