Very happy with Empire estate agent, we applied for the property and we were able to see how our application for the property was being processed threw tenant app, when they accepted our application for the property they rang and emailed us, I saw "Congratulations" from Empire estate agent, it was like winning lotto for us. They wasted no time in emailing us threw the forms to sign for the property, we signed for the property and everything else and then a week later we moved into the property, they had the house all ready for us to move in. This is my first time renting through an agency. Empire has been diligent, clear communicators with me. My agent responds very quickly to any concerns I might have however big or small. The use of apps and online forms is mostly simple - the digital property report is clunky to navigate especially on mobile where you'd ideally be taking/uploading photos. Lodging maintenance requests via the app is very easy with a quick turnaround. Overall, it's been a smooth experience renting with Empire Estate Agents. Would recommend.
