When you "decide" to sell an Upmarket Tenanted apartment - Sharon is the one to contact. From our very first conversation we were impressed with Sharon's professional, friendly manner. She explained her thoughts on the best way to achieve a sale with minimal disruption to the daily lives of our tenants and her assessment on the current market value of our apartment. We agreed to terms and signed the relevant papers. As per Sharon's plan, she vetted all prospective buyers and inspections were kept to a minimum with serious buyers only.
