Sharon Campbell was a delight to deal with when we decided to list our Unison apartment for Sale recently. Our first encounter with Sharon was in 2014 when we purchased "off the plan". Sharon guided us in our selection - remarkable City and River views on Level 18 - which four years after completion, allowed us to achieve a high sale price. When we decided to sell our Apartment, the choice of an estate Agent was easy - Sharon Campbell at Enclave - of course. Sharon's knowledge of the Unison Towers and the expected sale price was evident in her appraisal of our property. Sharon guided us through the whole process and always rang with feedback after every inspection. After one Open House and then another inspection, Sharon called for an appointment to present an offer. After negotiation with the prospective Buyer, we were delighted with a good price and contract terms. Sharon continued to 'touch base' with us until the final settlement day. We believe that Sharon's initial advice to purchase on level 18 with City and River views allowed us to achieve a good price quickly in a market whereby other apartments on lower levels were not attracting the same interest.
