John communicated with us very well throughout the process. We initially made contact for a valuation on a public holiday, and even then John responded very quickly and followed it up shortly after with a phone call. He has a friendly likeable demeanor while also being very knowledgeable about current markets. Living interstate and selling a property was not a process we were looking forward to, but John gave us every confidence he would get a good result - which he did. I would highly recommend John and his team.

The purchaser was difficult and at every opportunity tried to push beyond the agreement. Several of these requests in my opinion should or could have been stopped by Deb, as they were beyond the agreement or unreasonable. However, each and everyone was presented to me with no explanation as to what my rights were to refuse them. Deb is lovely, but it left me feeling like Deb was acting as a messenger and not an agent hired to represent me as the seller.

Very skilled at helping the customer with the paperwork ,knows her market very well demonstrated great knowledge of the house absolute pleasure to deal with in person and on the phone always has time for the customer .
