Welly is an extremely hardworking agent. When we were considering a house, Welly would drive all the way to our house to discuss the contract. He was also available on such short notice for us to do an inspection within the day of us calling him. That I have him and the previous homeowners to thank for. We were also first home buyers, so we knew little to nothing about buying houses. Welly filled us in on all the information we needed to know, as well as providing information on the house.
