What a great team Nick and Tracy are! So lovely to deal with, and Tracy backs up Nick perfectly to ensure the client is aware of everything happening as not everyone buys a new property every day. A very professional team, and would recommend their services.

Thanks Andrew. Not only did you secure higher sale price than we were content with, but you made the process seem easy and hassle free (which we're sure it wasn't). Your professionalism, attention to detail and approachability means we're signing up to have you sell an investment property for us. Keep up the great work, it's really appreciated by your clients

As we were selling our house from another state, Barry's excellent communication and assistance was crucial. Barry took care of everything! Barry was able to provide us with an outstanding outcome even with the housing market being affected by restrictions due to covid. Barry has a polite manner, very approachable and even assisted with gardeners and energy providers. I would highly recommend and trust his services to sell your home. We are very happy clients. Much appreciated Barry.

Daniel was friendly, reliable and very quick to respond to any of our enquiries. My young family & I are very thankful for Daniel in helping us in not only selling but also in liaising with other agents on our behalf & help guide us in purchasing our new home. We couldn’t speak highly enough of his professionalism, skills, knowledge and manner. Thank you

Lou was really good to deal with. Knowledgeable and helpful but also easy going. I felt well supported and under no pressure at any stage of the process. He gave me valuable advice on how to best present the property. Lou was an absolute gentleman and helped make the sale of our property stress free.

When I called Anastasia about a property I was interested in, she asked me the question, can I arrange an appraisal of your home? Of course I said, as also being in sales if you don’t ask the answer is no! She did her homework of my area before coming to meet me and arranged her colleague George to also attend, as she knew this partnership would provide the best outcome for me. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough, she was lovely to deal with.

Lou was extremely professional throughout the sales process. He was available at all times for any questions, his detailed knowledge of the property and the area was reassuring. He made the purchase of a new home simple, easy and worry free.

Working as a doctor and extremely busy, I greatly appreciate the characteristic of being on time, reliability and responsibility of which I could feel very obvious when working with Anthony from the beginning of the journey looking for our first home. Anthony has an excellent balance between making benefit for the vendor but also working hardest make the buyer feel happy and warmly welcome. With Anthony input, my relationship with the seller improved to the level of friendship, not just a purely business anymore. Highly recommended.

I chose Leanne to sell my five acre park like home on beautiful Phillip Island because she made such a great impression on me when I was interviewing agents. Leanne is so enthusiastic she wanted to learn all about the acreage and it’s special qualities, about the home, it’s unique history and made a point to know all the major renovations and the luxury fittings I had introduced during my ownership. Leanne had expert marketing ideas, even during lockdowns with the pandemic she kept prospective buyers interest up via virtual inspections when allowed. Leanne has an astute sense of matching a buyer with a home. Whilst she works for the vendor she also gets the best outcome as she is able to attract the perfect buyer. It’s such a good feeling to know that the property you’ve sold is going to be well loved. I cannot recommend Leanne’s skills and service highly enough.
