Sue was fantastic to deal with from making the original offer right through to the settlement, nothing was to much of a bother and she assisted me every step of the way. Thanks for a marking the process so smooth and I would recommend Sue as a wonderful agent to deal with.

Many (i mean many) other realestate agents failed to help my husband and I find our forever home but Sue succeeded. She listened to what we wanted and was able to see our vision and found us the perfect home! Sue was stress and fuss free, gave excellent advice and was just as excited about our future as we were. I highly recommend Sue. She makes house hunting feel like shopping with a friend

Sue is an exceptional agent. At our initial meeting we were very impressed with her bright, happy and professional approach. Her experience and extensive knowledge of the property market was reassuring and proved to be invaluable. Throughout the whole process Sue was prompt, easy to communicate with and paid great attention to detail. She went above and beyond to keep us informed and help us through the process of selling. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Sue and we highly recommend her.

I purchased my current residence through Sue and have partnered again with her to sell the home. The process of buying and selling within 12 months during the pandemic could have been extremely stressful but Sue took it all in her stride. She was candid, provided great feedback, helped explain clearly all details and managed both negotiations brilliantly. In addition, she was extremely responsive and gave reassurance at all times. Her positive and can do attitude along with a fantastic sales strategy reinforced my decision that she was a 5 STAR Eview representative. As I now move to purchase in another city I can only hope to find a realtor that can match Sue's 5 STAR service.

Sue put me at ease from the first moment I met her. She was professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the buying and selling procedures, yet was always available to answer my questions. The business was completed quickly and with a minimum of fuss. I would highly recommend Sue as an agent and will contact her if I decide to sell in the future.

We had been viewing houses to buy for a long time. We found him understanding, easy to talk to and professional. This is why when we were ready to sell we already knew we wanted his brand and personality to give buyers the same great experience we had.

It's not often the purchaser of a property would recommend an agent, but in this case Michael was so helpful and professional, whilst still working for the best possible outcome for the vendor. He made the process easy, had exceptional knowledge of the area and the current property climate, and was always contactable for even the smallest query. I can guarantee that when it eventually comes time to sell my property, I'll be contacting Michael's office.

The sale of our property was achieved through our agent with a high standard of professionalism and commitment. Lou's advice on the activity in the current local market was invaluable to us. He knew precisely how to market the property in order to attract the most probable buyer. Lou's communication and reliability was outstanding; he promptly kept us up to date with any developments and advised us confidently on the next steps. We have had many dealings with agents all around Melbourne over the years and would highly recommend Lou to our Friends, Family and Colleagues.

Leigh McCarthy presented an honest assessment of the market and was willing to accept as owners our desire to obtain a result greater than the assessment. The home and property has many unique features. The approach to marketing required sheer hard work and a substantial amount of time. Some potential buyers put forward challenging proposals that did not sidetrack the agent or us as owners of our desired result. The importance of listening and effective communication is essential in a partnership between agent and owners particularly over a longer period when the property is on the market. Leigh is recommended for her honest approach and for her down to earth sense of humour. She is a very relatable professional.
