Andrew was very professional to deal with. He listened to our needs and was very respectful of our wishes. We never felt pressured by him in any way and he got us a better result than we ever expected. We would definitely recommend anyone to employ Andrew as their agent, you will not be disappointed.

The title says it all. Andrew went the extra mile for us in the sale of our property. We were very happy with the result and the way he managed the sale.

Selling our forever home was an emotional journey. We had lived in that home for 34 years and ideally wanted to see it go to another young family. Jason understood that bond and was sensitive to any concerns we may have had. He was fully consultative and we always felt that he would bring us the best possible deal. We were not disappointed.

Micheal was knowledgeable and guided us through the first home buying processes. He was able advise us on the area and was always on hand for any questions.

Michael was so very helpful in the sale of this property & what was most important to me was the sensitivity of my situation which he always kept in mind & he always understood. He was always professional & held open for inspections & also private inspections whenever they were requested. Highly recommend!

We engaged the service of Badiha and we’re absolutely thrilled with the service and advise she gave us. Right from the start she was very informative and gave us great input as to what to do to present our home for sale. She also advised us to use a stylist which was fantastic and we sold within 10 days of the first open for inspection and she negotiated a great price and more importantly for us a really fast settlement. If you are in the market to sell your home I can highly recommend Badiha Cooke and her assistant Ebony. Bruce Pickard.

Derek went out of his way over the Christmas/New Year period to negotiate with our buyer and keep us in the loop the entire time. No doubt he sacrificed his own family time to get the deal through at a tricky time of year. His communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and ultimately got us the price we were looking for. Would definitely recommend him!

Michael's professionalism is second to none, a great communicator, he makes the entire process as simple as could possibly be. We found Michaels market knowledge to be spot-on, and he has always delivered what he said he would.
