When I had to sell my 3 acre property, I interviewed 3 agents. Leanne was the one that stood out like a shining star. She was so professional in her approach. The other 2 agents fell short of my high expectations and Leanne showed genuine excitement about having the opportunity to sell our very unique property. She had never seen anything like it. The whole process was made easy and she also understood the full set of emotions behind having to leave the property and parting with something so very dear to me - perhaps something that a male agent could not offer?? In the process I had building permit issues that had to be dealt with and Leanne was so patient with the long delays that happened along the way - Opens and then no Open Inspections and she had to deal with all the inquiries that came about because of that. I did not make the job easy for Leanne but she was so helpful along the way with her knowledge of the industry. Her skills of keeping people interested in the property while the delays strung it out, were amazing to say the least. When all the permitting issues had been completed, Leanne was quick to get the open inspections going again - as anyone would. Within a short time frame Leanne found the couple who were a perfect fit for our unique property. There were a great deal of negotiations back and forward but she came though with flying colours. The deal was signed!!! Hooray (but sad at the same time). Thanx Leanne for doing the miles on behalf of us. So truly appreciated. I will be keeping in touch with Leanne, as she is a great contact for properties for me going forward. PS - I really worked you hard for this commission!!!! Well deserved. LOL. Cheers Rosemary

It is a fairly rare thing to find someone who will go out of their way for you - Jason, for me, was that person. Although I was the purchaser of a home and Jason of course was working on behalf of the Vendor his disappointment at the state of the property matched mine on settlement day. Jason personally came back on the weekend and whipper snipped the yards, he also arranged for a cleaner to come in and although I declined a whole house clean, they did clean the kitchen until is shined. The idea of selling our house was very daunting at the initial stage, but after our first meeting with Michelle we knew we were in good hands with an agent who had our best interests at heart. Michelle gave us a very realistic view on what our house was worth- no pie in the sky numbers like some we had received in the past. The advice we received from Michelle was fantastic, right through to the best way to present our house for openings (this can be a little scary). Michelle walked us through the results from the marketing campaign and briefed us after every opening, so we really felt included and in control of the situation. In the end Michelle got us a fantastic result and in less than 2 weeks! we could not believe it. I cannot recommend Michelle enough, it is very rare these days to have someone so genuine to guide you through what can be a nerve racking and emotional at times experience.
