The idea of selling our house was very daunting at the initial stage, but after our first meeting with Michelle we knew we were in good hands with an agent who had our best interests at heart. Michelle gave us a very realistic view on what our house was worth- no pie in the sky numbers like some we had received in the past. The advice we received from Michelle was fantastic, right through to the best way to present our house for openings (this can be a little scary). Michelle walked us through the results from the marketing campaign and briefed us after every opening, so we really felt included and in control of the situation. In the end Michelle got us a fantastic result and in less than 2 weeks! we could not believe it.
