Thankyou Andrew for ensuring our best interests were considered through all aspects of the sale of our property. We were going through some extremely tough circumstances while our property at the time of marketing and your willingness to assist and in our mind go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we were ready was greatly appreciated. Could not have picked anyone else in the place we were at who would have provided such service. Thanks very much.

Badiha helped my Dad sell his home. She worked very hard to sell the home within 2 weeks at the price my Dad was seeking. She has excellent communication skills and a very family orientated and caring approach from initial consultation and list, right through to unconditional sale. I would genuinely recommend her services to anyone thinking of selling their home. Her down to earth and hard working attitude made the whole process very easy and the sale transaction seamless.

Badiha Cook has been a professional, honest, charismatic , reliable and knowledgeable agent and has gone beyond our already high expectations. Not only did she sell our property promptly and with a terrific result but she assisted us with many other matters pertaining to the purchase of our next property compensating for other agents that had really let us down. She has advised us on so many occasions since and manages to balance a high degree of knowledge and professionalism with respectful clear communication and warmth. She is reliable and hardworking but is continually calm and charismatic all at the same time ! In the future we will only be dealing with Badiha Cook. The Ruggiero family.

I was appointed by the family to sell Mum's home as she needed to be placed in aged care. This was a difficult decision for the family, but, it was the best decision for mum's health, safety and 24 hour care. Choosing a real estate agent is a daunting task. I did this by checking the internet and the local newspaper. I noticed Badiha's experience in the real estate industry and she appeared to be a trustworthy person from her photograph. Such a trait was noticeable when I first met Badiha to show her the family home. Badiha, was confident, knowledgeable and sensitive to the family's predicament. I sensed that she genuinely wanted to get the best outcome for our family. I was very impressed with Badih's sense of values, professionalism and communications skills. I would thoroughly recommend Badiha to anyone, who is choosing to sell their house, knowing fully well that she will do an outstanding job and achieve the best outcome.

Michael and Briely have been absolutely fantastic re the sale of our house. The way in which they communicated to us was exceptional. We were always informed about the progress of the sale and the entire process was stress free. We can't get into words how happy we are with the success they generated. Customer service taken to a new level. Please consider them for the sale of your house. Trevor and Jenny

When I had to sell my 3 acre property, I interviewed 3 agents. Leanne was the one that stood out like a shining star. She was so professional in her approach. The other 2 agents fell short of my high expectations and Leanne showed genuine excitement about having the opportunity to sell our very unique property. She had never seen anything like it. The whole process was made easy and she also understood the full set of emotions behind having to leave the property and parting with something so very dear to me - perhaps something that a male agent could not offer?? In the process I had building permit issues that had to be dealt with and Leanne was so patient with the long delays that happened along the way - Opens and then no Open Inspections and she had to deal with all the inquiries that came about because of that. I did not make the job easy for Leanne but she was so helpful along the way with her knowledge of the industry. Her skills of keeping people interested in the property while the delays strung it out, were amazing to say the least. When all the permitting issues had been completed, Leanne was quick to get the open inspections going again - as anyone would. Within a short time frame Leanne found the couple who were a perfect fit for our unique property. There were a great deal of negotiations back and forward but she came though with flying colours. The deal was signed!!! Hooray (but sad at the same time). Thanx Leanne for doing the miles on behalf of us. So truly appreciated. I will be keeping in touch with Leanne, as she is a great contact for properties for me going forward. PS - I really worked you hard for this commission!!!! Well deserved. LOL. Cheers Rosemary

Michael was a fantastic agent, I highly recommend him to anyone reading this review and I have already began to recommend him to my neighbors and friends. Michael was clear and easy to contact, and when he was unavailable he always returned my call. In addition his PA Briely was very helpful in organising all other appointments and inspections. Overall we were very happy with the process of our sale, the communication and Michael's negotiation. Thank you again Michael for all your effort!

It is a fairly rare thing to find someone who will go out of their way for you - Jason, for me, was that person. Although I was the purchaser of a home and Jason of course was working on behalf of the Vendor his disappointment at the state of the property matched mine on settlement day. Jason personally came back on the weekend and whipper snipped the yards, he also arranged for a cleaner to come in and although I declined a whole house clean, they did clean the kitchen until is shined. Jason, thank you, I know exactly who I will be contacting for any future Real Estate dealings. Corinne Dunkinson

Derek was very professional. We were comfortable to leave him, without interference, to let him sell our house in the way he felt was best. There were constant updates on the progress, which was brilliant as we were abroad during the sale. He achieved a sale price beyond our expectations and all within a week of going to market. We would definitely recommend him and would use his services again if selling in the area.
