The process of selling your house can be quite daunting and stressful, and to be quite honest, I was dreading it. I have bought and sold quite a few times in the past and have even worked in the real estate industry myself, so I have been exposed to the good, the bad, and the ugly. After interviewing four local estate agents, we decided to list with Daniel. I made a joke that he was the 'least annoying' of all the candidates. Well, there is some truth to that! In fact Daniel is very easy to get along with. He has a way of getting the job done smoothly. Sure, I still had to present the house in a clean and tidy manner, but Daniel kept the impact of the sales process on my family to a minimum by not asking for unscheduled inspections unless absolutely necessary.
