Andrew has an excellent knowledge of the Seaford area and market, which was one of the main reasons behind our decision to select him to market and sell our property. Of the agents we spoke to, we felt he wasn't one who tried to lure us in to sell with him with a high price range; rather, Andrew communicated what he saw as an appropriate and reasonable selling range for our property in the current market. His skills in this area make him a credible choice. There's was also a personal element to selling our home with Andrew that we really respected, so much so that after the SOLD sticker was placed on the sign at the front of our property, we commented that it felt odd that we wouldn't be liaising with Andrew anymore. I think that says a lot about the type of experience we have had selling our home. Overall, we are satisfied with the process of selling our home with Andrew and would recommend his services, especially if you are selling a property in the Seaford locale.
