Very Happy customer
I have been very happy with all the services provided by excelRent as a Renter and Landlord. Any request has been dealt with promptly and efficiently. ExcelRent have managed our rental property in Peregian Springs for us for past 18 months. In that period they have acted professionally and proactively in ensuring we are fully informed at all times. They have provided regular monthly updates as well as the more detailed routine inspection reports. These reports and their content allow us as owners to have peace of mind that our property is being maintained and cared for to a high standard. Tenants needs are also taken into account in the 360degree service provided and borne out by recent lease extension successfully negotiated. Willing to go the extra mile.
Excelrent is our first investment property manager and we are delighted with Kirsten's service. She has helped us round out the build, acquire & install outdoor fittings (concrete slab, shed, furniture), fix defects with the build, get hold of cost effective ancillary Services (gardner etc) and most importantly, securing a low-risk and reliable tenant. They were also flexible in terms of negotiating property management fee structures and Kirsten's communication has always been prompt, clear and friendly. Couldn't recommend highly enough.
