Again, meeting Kirsten at the open home she was very warm and knowledgeable and answer all questions honestly. Jodi and Kirsten are amazing! We bought our house through Jodi and have used excelRENT ever since for its management. We have great tenants and the regular reports and condition assessments are very detailed and timely. We've had the house for a few years and there's not been one issue with excelRENT. For us it's a case of being able to invest and forget - excelRENT has everything covered.

We rent Ted our property out nearly 12 months ago through Kirsten at excellent and our experience has been nothing but wonderful! I have been renting through Excelrent for 18 months and highly recommend them. All maintenance is attended to immediately, inspection notices our sent out 14-21 days prior to the inspection date, and they only have to give 7 days notice. If you pass your inspection with no issues you get chocolate, and who doesn't like chocolate. All staff are friendly and understanding and deal with any issues in a very professional and timely manner. 10/10 Excelrent I would recommend you to anyone. Thank you for providing a great service.

I’ve had a great experience with excelrent. Kirsten looked after my property and she did I great job. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. Any questions I had about the area were answered straight away. I believe she looked after the tenants and the tenants then looked after the house. I would definitely recommend all the staff at excellent without hesitation
