Ian kept us completely up to date and informed at all stages of the campaign and during the process of preparing the house for sale. I believe he develops a good relationship with potential buyers and this worked to bring us bidders to the auction.

I highly recommend Ian and his team at Exchange Property Sales & Management in Camperdown. They managed my investment property for 22 years, and when it came time to sell, I knew exactly who I wanted to work with. The whole experience was smooth and as stress-free as possible. Communication was excellent throughout, and Ian and his team were always friendly, professional and thorough. Their local knowledge, years of experience and up-to-date marketing expertise gave me complete confidence, and they achieved a fantastic result. Thank you, Ian, for your outstanding service over so many years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking to buy, sell or lease a property.

Ian is honest and genuine. My partner and I have been looking for our first home together for a while and during this time have met many agents. Ian has been a stand out. He went above and beyond to help us. Unlike other encounters, this felt very personal and I really believe that he wanted the best for us and the vendors. Thank you Ian.

Ian is an attentive and dedicated agent. He listened and understood our expectations and worked tirelessly to achieve it despite us being a little unrealistic. We are very happy with the sale outcome and would recommended Ian without hestitation.

I would only buy from this agent if you want a property that has a number of issues which he will not to disclose to you.

Ian Comyns has been a godsend during the process of selling my apartment. He has wealth of market knowledge and sage advice. He guided me through the process and handled the negotiations with the buyer to an outstanding result that I am very happy with. Ian and his team also managed the property as a rental for many years before the sale. The team is fantastic, very professional with excellent communication. I would highly recommend Ian and his team for any of your property needs.

Ian and his team at Exchange Property have been a joy to work with over the last 5 years. I bought a property from them in Alexandria moments before life took me back to the UK. They've somehow made owning an investment property half way around the world a completely painless experience; collecting fees, keeping up maintenance, communicating with tenants etc. I didn't have to lift a finger. Furthermore, Ian was able to secure a buyer for the property amongst some challenging economic circumstances and a serious strata stafu. Can't recommend them highly enough!

As a FHB I never would have expected the amazing service that I would receive from the selling agent who I thought would be "the enemy". He held my hand throughout the entire process, got giddy with excitement with me and made the whole process a dream. Even with some of my last minute inspection requests Ian went above and beyond to accommodate me. Really happy with the communication Ian provided between me and the seller and the service throughout.
