Trying to renovate and sell a property in Sydney when I was based in Adelaide would seem to be an impossible task. However with Ian’s help and knowledge of everything concerned with the task it was possible. Ian has the perfect business. Not too big and not too small that he manages with a loyal and dedicated staff. Always quick to respond to any of my questions and provide constructive and considered advice. While Ian was in charge of my old family home in Newtown I honestly felt he was more concerned about the place than I was. Having owned the house for 40 years the decision to sell was difficult but Ian was the perfect agent. He laid out a carefully considered plan of how to sell and all I had to do was follow it. It all worked just as Ian said it would. I felt involved and in control through the whole process with all my questions answered clearly and professionally.
