Ian was knowledgeable about the real estate market and processes and guided us through the requirements in a step by step manner. We were kept informed of new developments as they arose and never felt pressured or compromised. He addressed all of our concerns and took our feedback on board. We have had quite a few dealings with real estate agents in the past, and wish they had all been like Ian.

Ian has been my rental agent for this and another property for 10 years, and also managed the recent sale. I've always been impressed by Ian's professionalism, industry insights, and commitment to his customer. Nothing is too much trouble - I live interstate and Ian and his team have helped in everything from bringing in items to improve the apartment presentation for inspections, through to organising the removal and collection of furniture. Ian navigated the sales process expertly to reach the sale price that I was looking for. I couldn't recommend Ian and his team any higher.

Ian did a wonderful job showing us the property, liaising with the vendor and negotiating a quick exchange. So much so that we were finalising details on Saturday afternoon while he was on the tarmac at at Sydney airport ready to fly out. Thanks Ian.

He conducted the whole campaign with respect for all parties involved and was happy to answer any questions or provide additional detail.

I could not fault Ian and his team from Exchange Property during the entire process of selling my apartment from start to finish. Communication was fantastic as was his current market knowledge. Ian went above and beyond what was expected and I am very happy with the results. I have no hesitation in recommending Ian.
