David Cowan was committed from the get go. He threw himself into the sale of our property with dedication and commitment as if was the owner of the home itself. We were kept informed and consulted with every step of the way. He guided us to undertake works to improve the home ready for photography. He managed a complex tenancy situation with flexibility and compassion. He had so many fronts to work on tenant, leasing agents, access issues, complex council reports and despite each challenge thrown his way he had a solution or two, made recommendations, discussed it with us and got the job done.
