It was pleasure working with Phil. We bought a house from Phil and sold 2 through him. He worked hard during a tough market to get our houses sold for the price we wanted/ needed. We are grateful that Phil ran our campaign and believe his approach, customer service really did get us over the line.

Philip put a great effort into the sale of my house, right from the start. It was a pleasure to see the sale go so well, and Philip knew exactly how to handle any tricky negotiations along the way. He even 'rolled up his sleeves', and helped out when I needed a hand to move the contents of my shed. I would be quite happy to recommend him to anyone...

Thank you, Ellen and Gabe. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 From that 1st meeting, we felt we were in the hands of two lovely people who could help us sell our family home. Hassel free. The professionalism, caring attitude, and knowledge of the local area stood out. Everything was well timed and executed with style and flair. The open homes went smoothly, and we felt comfortable leaving our house in their hands. Communication is integral, and they kept us informed at all times and talked through options, letting us decide. We are so happy with the best possible price for our family home. We are so excited to recommend them as an unbeatable team. Jim and Brenda 😊👍👏👏👏
