When our family found itself in the position having to sell our mother's home in a town almost 200 kilometres from where we live, we spoke to a number of agents in the district about how they would handle the process. Phil Dwyer impressed us with his knowledge of the market in and around Moss Vale. Phil had clear views about the best way to market our mother's house, and these proved to be correct. Phil also impressed us with his communication. He was quick to reply to any question we had, and he made sure that he kept all three executors informed of where the process was up to and what, if anything, was required of us, or our families. He kept us up to date immediately after each "open house" was conducted. He did this with information about the number of attendees, and the comments made by attendees. Phil was extremely professional in his dealings with each of the executors and when the property was sold all moneys were accurately accounted for in the appropriate time frames. I have no hesitation in recommending Phil Dwyer as an extremely competent and approachable agent, who would do his utmost to secure a buyer for a property.

I don't think I would have got the same result if I didn't have John onboard. His professionalism, knowledge and plan was precise and well executed! This was the second time we enlisted John as our real estate agent to sell an apartment on our behalf. Prior to going to market John was keenly involved and provided us with good advice on what property improvements / renovations would help us achieve a better result. This trait does set John apart from most agents. Throughout the marketing process John kept us fully appraised and provided us with updates after each open for inspection e.g. number of enquiries / contracts that went out or how many groups attended the open for inspections. Our property in Stanmore was outside of John’s current ‘BAU area’ of Chiswick however he quickly got up to speed on the local market and was able to value our property well. John has extensive knowledge of the industry and markets.
