Bjorn went above and beyond what most agents would do
Bjorn approached the sale of our house without a price cap for the area and a great marketing plan which is in line with the way people buy properties these days (strong social media presence). We had Bjorn leading a great team of agents at each open. He worked past the 30min open inspection times when needed. Bjorn is passionate about the property he is selling, and enthusiastically showed buyers the unique aspects of our house. Absolutely loved the you tube walk through video! Our house sold in 3 opens with multiple offers and for a price we were happy with and a record price for the suburb. We did have a couple of concerns that we brought to Bjorn's attention, he was very open and understanding and took it on board. Thanks Bjorn and Team Exp

Above expectations
Bjorn was approachable and exceeded expectations, he achieved a record price for our property. A lot of agents seem to restrict themselves by what the market is doing on price, but Bjorn challenges himself to achieve the best result for the vendor. He is very polite and has great knowledge of the Realestate industry. I would highly recommend anyone who is selling to get in contact with Bjorn!

Exceeded all expectations
This is not my first time I’ve been fortunate enough to Sell with Buri Son & Chris Janzon. Even with the bar set high they where able to exceed my expectations once again. Not only where they there to lend their vast market knowledge during paint, flooring and kitchen selections. They also worked to my timeline and busy work schedules with no issues communicating outside normal business hours. Then when it came to sale time it was easy, plenty of communication through the whole process and an exceptional result achieved which left us feeling happy and fulfilled and with no doubt the we had made the best choice to have them sell our property.
