Confident, professional operator.
James delivered on what he said that he would do. He was punctual, on time for meetings. He listened to the vendors' needs and communicated well with us. He gave clear instructions on the process and communicated progress along the way. If the situation arose again, we would be happy to use him again as our real estate agent.

They were both easy to talk to and very knowledgeable of the market and house values and were always available to answer any questions we had, and kept us up to date with feedback after each open inspection. It was a pleasure working with them to sell our property.

By way of background, I am a first-time home buyer. I had no idea about the process whatsoever when I first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. Chander Bhatia helped us through the process completely as we were totally lost on what to expect, not to mention the endless list of things that were needing to be done. Anytime we had any concerns, we would call him and he would contact us back in less than a minute, clearly explaining everything to us. We're grateful to have Chander Bhatia as our agent, he made what we thought would be the most challenging task on our to do list the least stressful and time consuming. 3 weeks since we first conferred with him, we first received the keys to our home. We found him to be a really good agent, who solve all our queries and made this hectic process easy for us. Anyone who has the chance of having him as an agent would most definitely be fortunate indeed.
