Bjorn approached the sale of our house without a price cap for the area and a great marketing plan which is in line with the way people buy properties these days (strong social media presence). We had Bjorn leading a great team of agents at each open. He worked past the 30min open inspection times when needed. Bjorn is passionate about the property he is selling, and enthusiastically showed buyers the unique aspects of our house. Absolutely loved the you tube walk through video! Our house sold in 3 opens with multiple offers and for a price we were happy with and a record price for the suburb. This is not my first time I’ve been fortunate enough to Sell with Buri Son & Chris Janzon. Even with the bar set high they where able to exceed my expectations once again. Not only where they there to lend their vast market knowledge during paint, flooring and kitchen selections.
