We first met Bjorn around 6 years ago, we had just bought a new property to move into and we were on the line of selling or retaining as an investment. He was great, set our expectations, was honest and no nonsense, and ultimately, we decided to retain the property. Fast forward 5 years later, and the interest rates are out of control, but the property market had strengthened, so I called Bjorn for some advice. He remembered who I was and our circumstances around the house straight away. We chatted, and he was once again, up front and no nonsense, helping us set realistic expectations. He helped us prepare the property, and ran a presicion marketing campaign in very tough market conditions. He told us exactly what we needed to do to prepare the property. This is through the Chrismas break also! He worked tirelessly with us, and interested parties, and ultimately resulted in a sale price we could have only dreamed about, again given the complex market conditions. Bjorn not only knows the South Australian property market, and an expert in Gilles Plains, but actually cares about his customers, and wants to share success with everyone around him. He treats his agents, his vendors and his customers with absolute care and attention, welcoming the new property owners to show them around their new property.
