We first met Bjorn around 6 years ago, we had just bought a new property to move into and we were on the line of selling or retaining as an investment. He was great, set our expectations, was honest and no nonsense, and ultimately, we decided to retain the property. Fast forward 5 years later, and the interest rates are out of control, but the property market had strengthened, so I called Bjorn for some advice.
