Mel was always patient and understanding of our lack of buying experience, was essentially on call at all hours for any advice or enquiries and did so with a smile and a cheerful demeanor. This whole process was made far easier with a gentle pressure instead of demanding, constant harrassment of which I have heard from others when dealing with other agents. Mel is a consumate professional with the right attitude and personality to get it done but leave you feeling like a person instead of a faceless number.
